Occupational Safety and Health Administration is Vital to America

Osha was created by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and signed by president Richard Nixon on December 29, 1970. It is there to prevent people who work to get sick or hurt.They do this by enforcing rules for workplaces that will make the places safer. It was established in April 28,1971 and after that it started to help all workplaces stay safer.Less sickness and injuries started to occur after OSHA was put in place. Osha has multiple different lawsuits they can put in place in case someone doesn't follow the rules.This is also a reason that Osha helps people all throughout america and are able to be as big as an organization as they are. They also help the people who get hurt by utensils at the workplace.There are OSHA organizations all throughout the united states.Because of the amount of Osha organizations workplaces all throughout america are safer. They help all the workplaces stay safe and all workplaces and the people who work there are very thankful for OSHA
