Outsourcing has become a necessary global trend for companies to survive current economic challenges. Outsourcing refers to the hiring of workers on a promised basis through a provider. The workers are usually hired on short-term contracts and paid a daily wage of about $2 - $3, without outlying benefits.

If you walked into a store and asked to have someone make you a suit and they said it would cost $100 you said that you would be back. You walk into another store and you ask for a quote and they offered to make it for $25 you would think “grate” one fourth of the cost that the other store tried selling it for. You agree and hand the person $25 and he said come back in a week. How would you feel if you came back a week later and they told you that it would be another week and also another $50? How would you feel if after two weeks you came back and he said it would be another $50 and he would defiantly get it done this time. You come back 3 weeks later and
