Pt is 14 yo white female presented to NNBHC accompanied with mother due to increase panic attacks and anxiety. Pt states that she has been feeling creased worriness of not being able to breath and chest pain. Pt states that she has been having difficulty with making friends . Pt states she transitioned from Georgia to Virginia where she has a hx of being bullied in the past. Pt is 9th grader at Denibigh high School in general education course, pt states of not being vicitim of bullying. Pt states that she has feelings of hoplessness, helpness and been having periods of crying due to increased anxiety. Pt states that the her worriness of not breathing have interrupted her appetite and sleep pattern. Pt denies SI/HI/psychosis.
