After what had happened at Parkland school on 2/14/18 and many other similar events withing the US. The response to the question: Who is responsible remain open for many of us. While, in the case of Parkland shooting, the gouvernment and in particular law enforcement and judicial apparatus, may have already decided about one single responsible. People, famillies of victims, community, may have a slightly different oppinion. Media are playing not the last role in our overal search of understanding and privide their versions of facts.
Opinions divided, as well as the vision on how the guilt should be assigned and the guilty/ies charged. Communities, are the strong power to visualize the danger and to inform the relevant organizm of their suspictions.
