There are many factors that affect how people act or define what they do within the political world. Most people are not born into the political genre that the eventually become accustom to, some follow in the footstep of parents while some choose their own path. An example of this is those who tend to want to save every penny of their money, are deeply into budgeting and preserving the necessities, sticking to traditional values and attitudes are usually republican. The mindset of such people is that if it works and it’s been working for years just fin why change it. Let’s start with federalism, federalism gives people opportunities to get involved into politics on any level such as state local or national levels and also has a greater possibility that their vote will make an impact on whatever is being voted on. In an article I found online it states that “Federalism is the theory or advocacy of federal principles for dividing powers between member units and common institutions. Unlike in a unitary state, sovereignty in federal political orders is non-centralized, often constitutionally, between at least two levels so that units at each level have final authority and can be self-governing in some issue area.” Next judicial review i.e. the Supreme Court consists of 9 Justices they only deal with constitutional law, that is, determining if laws passed by congress are constitutional. They only hear cases which are brought to them and 5 or more of the 9, must agree to hear the case. The constitution is not open for our interpretation, It is only open to the interpretation as the court rules if constitutional or
