Part II: Application of leadership theories:
From my analysis of MBTI_B,FIRO-B,TKI and EI score, without any doubt, I take the spot of task oriented attitude and behavior. The advantage of knowing my leadership style from writing this paper, helped me to analyze my strength and weakness. The major weakness I posses is that I fear breaking rules or taking unnecessary risk. At times I feel this impacted innovation. Though I am more inclined to this style, I always strike a balance when to use task or relationship oriented, for example whenever I had to deal with welfare of my team, I always provided nurturing environment to maximize the productivity.
