Jay- jay has not had experience any excessive bleeding in medical history involves, heart disease, heart failure, blood pressure irregularity, stroke, eye disease, kidney trouble, fainting/ dizzy spells and diabetes.
Dental History: Jay-Jay has not experience any sensitive to cold, hot, or sweets. He receives yearly dental visits and his last x-rays was a year ago.
