According to usada.org, “PEDs have the ability or potential to drastically alter the human body and biological functions, including the ability to considerably improve athletic performance in certain instances.” As the quote suggests I believe PEDs should be legal in sports because they are beneficial because they help athletes recover and heal, legalizing PEDs will save the government billions of dollars a year, and last, it would even out the playing field for athletes.
