Conversations is a way for us share ideas and learn from one another in the process. It demands to listen and talking in equal degrees. When a person thinking of the idea, the next step is to converse that idea with other people and as more people learn and share this idea, the more it will become a reality. Sharing ideas and stories in a community is like a group of grandmothers trading recipes. Not all recipes will ever be served on their table, but the idea recipe can be tweaked to match her taste or needs.
