Conversations is a way for us share ideas and learn from one another in the process. It demands to listen and talking in equal degrees. When a person thinking of the idea, the next step is to converse that idea with other people and as more people learn and share this idea, the more it will become a reality. Sharing ideas and stories in a community is like a group of grandmothers trading recipes. Not all recipes will ever be served on their table, but the idea recipe can be tweaked to match her taste or needs. To get the full effect of a conversation is for everyone to participate, loud and quiet because everyone has an idea that can help someone else.
