On 05/30/2016 I was dispatched to the area of Main Street and U 56 HWY in Dundee, KS for a check subject. Dispatch told me there was a white female with three kids trying to flag down traffic. Dispatch also told me a maroon SUV was seen leaving the area where the female was. As I was getting close to the area dispatch told me the SUV was last seen traveling south on SW 60 Ave.

When I arrived to the intersection of SW 60 Ave and U 56 HWY I saw maroon SUV traveling north towards me on SW 60 Ave. I made a traffic stop on the SUV. The driver identified himself as Frank Symank. Frank told me he was in an argument with his adult daughter, Sara Symank, over her leaving her kids at his house without knowing where she went. I asked Frank if the altercation was physical. Frank told me he did grab Sara to restrain her from hitting him. I had Frank go back to the location of the altercation. Frank lead me to 628 W. 56 HWY

Sara did not see me pull in behind Frank. Sara picked up a large rock and appeared to be getting ready to throw it at Frank. Frank stayed inside his vehicle like I instructed him to do. I told Sara to drop the rock and she complied.

Sara told me Frank was mad at her and trying to kick her and her kids out of the house. Sara said when she was not doing what he wanted, he pushed her. As Sara was telling me her side of the story Frank yelled that he only pushed her because she threw a bottle at him. I asked Sara if she threw a bottle. Sara told me she did because she thought Frank was going to hit her again like he did last night.

I asked Frank if the bottle hit him. Frank told me it did not. I asked Frank why did Sara throw the bottle at him. Frank said she was mad because he was making her leave the house. Frank also told me that he pushed Sara upside the head before she threw the bottle. I asked Frank if anyone saw the fight between him and Sara. Frank told me his wife
