As a Project Manager (PM) for ADA program I worked with the District and HQ Program Managers to fund the district’s ADA projects and collaborated with Functional Managers (FM) to develop accurate work plans based on various estimating methods such as expert judgement, analogous, parametric, and bottom up and work with Construction to develop a master work plan for the construction phase as part of the SHOPP program. In addition, I have also implemented zero-base budgeting, as a FM for CADD Support, Utility Engineering, and Constructability Review (CR), I have developed, monitored and adjusted detailed (level 6WBS) work agreements covering all phases (initiation phase, project approval and Environment Document, the design, and the Constitution)
