I believe these actions were discriminatory because there were other jobs that I was able to do while I had restrictions from my doctor as well from my workman’s comp doctor. My restrictions were that I had to limit my hand washing to 4 times a day. My job consisted of checking patients in, answering phone calls, telephone encounters, blood draws, specimen handling, vaccines, assisting doctors with procedures, triage, clean,restock rooms and procedure rooms, making appointments, calling patients with lab results, translating for doctors. Also, beside my medical assistant duties. Also, another team member that had accommodations was Libby Romero she also was a medical assistant but because she had knee problems and having trouble walking at times and didn’t know that well the computer system she got put to triage and answer phone calls and recently she just got the okay to go to part-time because she didn’t want to fully retire and lose her benefits. But I asked her one time as well and she told me no. I believe there were other jobs I was able to do while I was on restrictions but felt that my manger didn’t want to accommodate them. I felt that since the first day I took sandy my excuse from my dermatologist stating that I had to limit my hand washing she didn’t like that and since then I felt that I didn’t have my managers support at all and even felt that I was being discriminated, bullied and even harassed every time I would go give her the excuses she would tell me well I don’t know what to tell you there’s no way I can accommodate this. Don’t know what you are going to do if you don't get off restrictions you will lose your job. Every time she tell me that, I felt that my health didn’t matter at all and that the only thing that mattered was that I couldn’t do my job to
