I have recently faced a challenge with my physical health. I suffered a knee injury in late July of 2017 and it has affected me mentally, physically and emotionally. The injury occured during a basketball game in which I landed and my knee collapsed inward. At the time, the injury was thought to be minor and resting would fix it. After multiple occurences of sharp pain and my knee giving out, I decided to get my knee looked at by a specialist. This would result in a kne surgery that would put me out of playing basketball for about two months. I slowly worked back into basketball shape and got comfortable playing again.
