Quack! Quack! Quack! I groggily toss the fuzzy comforter to the other side of the bed and reach for my alarm. I groan as the muscles in my legs tighten from yesterday’s workout. My iPhone read 5:00 A.M., and my whole body screamed for more sleep. I laid back down but before I could regain unconsciousness, my goals I had set for myself began playing over and over in my tired brain. I remembered falling short last year in baseball, and my mouth began to taste bitter. I would not let it happen again, so I threw on my clothes and headed to the gym.
