It was a beautiful and wintry Tuesday at the historic Booker T. Washington Senior High School. The wind was whistling in the air and the trees were moving its leaves as I was strolling on the paved sidewalk with my friend Sasha. As we were getting in line for lunch, there were a storm of students cutting in front of me like a bunch of wild animals. Their aggressive bodies pushed me against the rigid wall as I was preventing them from skipping me in the line. Everybody were treating me as an outcast until I say something mean to them.
As we were getting our food, we walked outside to the patio area where we confronted a group of popular kids called Project 60. They were looking at me like an owl starring in the night looking for its prey. My watery, fearful eyes had turned to the opposite direction and my heart was going at a speed of 180 beats per second. She told me that I was not cool enough to hang out with them. Her selfish comments cause me to do a 180 degree turn and sit at another table. I was speechless and my heart got softer and softer.
Thinking about all the rude remarks Kia has said to me has deteriorated my soft brain. It was so painful to me that my head started to turn into ice. It seems to me that she may be jealous of me despite the fact that I was smarter than her.
When I walk around the school yard, adolescents were eyeballing at me like I was the devil. They did not want to hang out with me or sit in a group with me. It was as harsh as an inmate getting beat in a cell at a penitentiary. I was just an ordinary, young girl who come to school without bothering no one. I do not know why the girl has so much hatred on me. The way she approach me was unexpected. It was just like another day of unfair treatment where some students believe that I do not fit in with
