Sing to me O muse, the tale of Gundo, greatest quarterback, who battled the Norsemen on their new gridiron. This was the story of a quarterback, who had never lost. The soaring Redhawks were down by two touchdowns at the start of the second half. They were battling on the brand new field in Westby, Wisconsin. The Norsemen were dominating the Redhawks up and down the gridiron. One of the Norsemen pummeled the Redhawks linebacker on their next possession. The Redhawks suffered over ten injuries in the first half. The Norsemen, a crucial enemy of the Redhawks, leaped up over three defenders to score another Norsemen touchdown. All of the pressure was riding on Gundo. He needed all of his confidence and integrity to win this game. On the last play of the game, the swift-footed Gundo broke five Norsemen tackles and dashed down the sideline for an eighty-nine yard touchdown run. The speed and agility of the quarterback was as fast as a lighting bolt touching to the ground on a stormy night. After the game Gundo held up that trophy with pride and honor. The Redhawks defeated the Norsemen, but there was some consequences to battling them. The Redhawks suffered multiple injuries on their offense and defense including Gundo fracturing his wrist. Once Gundo returned home and everyone in the town cheered and tossed golden coins to him. The town of Galesville had a huge pep rally in honor of their astounding quarterback.
