Somethings can happen very suddenly and abruptly. Everything can seem normal but all of the sudden you're in a whirlwind of an adventure. Just like that one April day, senior year of high school as I walked into the school, like I did any other day, and saw my friend in the hallway where we usually meet up.

"Hey Adam, what's up?"Asked my friend Evan.

"Not much. Just another Monday right?"I responded.

"Yeah. I wish it was still this weekend. It was so much fun. Basically...."Evan told his story while I zoned out because it was too early to listen. Why does school start so early? Do they honestly expect us to be awake? I just couldn't wait to go back home. I really want to go to sleep.

"Adam are you even listening?"Evan questioned.

"No.

We went our separate ways and went to class. I'm not going to lie but I kept thinking about that voice. I know I said it was nothing but I couldn't help but think about it. I wished I had looked. I wished that I knew who it was. Well I know who it was now but that's not the point. Anyways until then I was left thinking about her. I knew my friends didn't understand. I wouldn't expect them to especially since I didn't understand what it was about that voice either. It was just someone singing in the hallway before school. Right?

I went to math and was bored. Calculus. How exciting. At this point I barely care. I've been accepted into college. I only have to pass at this point. As do most most of my friends and I we have senioritis (the only one who doesn't is Tyler because he has been wait-listed by his dream school) so I decided to not pay attention and just talk to my friend Lauren. She was the girl Evan mentioned earlier. We became friends earlier that year because we both hated the class. As do most. If I had to name the people who cared the least at this point it would be Evan and Lauren. Well I'm not sure if they ever cared too much. Lauren is the type of person who doesn't take life too seriously and goofs off a lot. So the girl version of Evan. Math class mainly consists of us joking around the entire
