On 05/26/17, at 9:54am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 2318 Edenburgh Drive South, on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived in the area and a unknown complainant pointed out where the dog was running loose. I initially was unable to locate the dog due to it being in the backyard of a unknown residents house. Another complainant stopped me and stated the dog was just in front of her house. I exited my vehicle when I saw a dog matching the complainant description in the backyard of a house on the 2300 block of Dunning Road. As I approached the backyard a medium mix tan and white dog approached me. I placed a leash on the dog and put the dog in my van. I drove to 2318 Edenburgh Drive South where I talked to the originally complainant (Reynolds). The complainant stated that he does not know where the dog lives. I finished talking to complaint and returned to my vehicle. I scan the dog for a microchip and determined the dog had one. …show more content…
Harris try to get dog owner information. Approximately 10 minutes later FCACC Dispatcher Deputy Warden provided me with dog owner information including contact number and address (1890 Dunning Road). I drove to 1890 Dunning Road and knocked on the door, I received no answer. I left a door notice at that location, stated that I impounded a dog that possible resides at that location. On 05/26/17 dog owner Sean Marshall redeemed his dog name Cream. Mr. Marshall showed proof of vaccinations but not a dog license. I issued Mr. Marshall violations for failure to license and failure to control his dog name
