“Bye Mom,” I say as I close the door to the black Saturn she owns. She smiles and waves goodbye. I wave back and watch as she pulls away from the driveway. I walk up the stairs to the front porch and reach my hand out to knock on the closed door. The door opens and a girl with shoulder length, curly brown hair smiles at me. “Hey, Tori. The door was unlocked, so you could have just walked inside,” she says. “It’s okay. I wanted to knock. Plus, it’s polite to knock before just walking into someone’s house.” “True. So, are you going to come in?” She asks. “Yeah,” I say as I walk into the large house. “What are we going to do today Brooke? I mean, before we leave?” Brooke grins and holds up her tablet. I smile, knowing what she means. “Doctor Who,” we say at the same time. We then walk over to the sofa and collapse onto it, making ourselves comfortable. The man hands Brooke a clipboard and tells her to sign her name put down her email, and write which background she wants. We chose the same background and decided to get one picture together and one separate. After we got our pictures taken, we got a selfie with a Dalek, I almost got attacked by a Weeping Angel, and we got some souvenirs. On the way back, Brooke had an idea about what to do later. “Hey dad! Can Tori spend the night?” Brooke asked.
