Personal Narrative: Fullers Resort And Campground

This summer I did many things, but the most eventful thing I did was go camping. We went camping at Fullers Resort and Campground in Michigan. The first thing that we did when we go to the campsite was set up our tent. Most of the people around us had RV’s and campers, but we had a tent and this campsite ground was not made for tents.
Our campsite was full of rocks! My cousin and I had to go through all of the rocks and pick out the ones that were too big for our tent to be set on. Then it was finally time to set up the tent! It took us almost twenty-five minutes to finally figure out how to set it up. Considering that the tent was a ten person tent. We laughed so hard when we were setting up the tent because one of my aunts had fallen into a hole and landed on her butt in the swamp next to the campsite.

We brought some back for a fire later on that night. While we were out, my one aunt and her boyfriend blew up the air mattresses for everyone. As we got back to the campsite we all realized that the only bathroom near us was one big, blue, nasty portapotty. The only real bathrooms were all the way around the camp and up a huge hill with no showers insite! Thankfully later that night we ended up finding the showers near the beach hut area.
The first night was pretty settle. We sat around the fire and made shadow puppets in the sky. My sister thought of the idea to use a flashlight and shine it up at the stars. To then, we realized that you could make huge puppets in the sky with just your hands. We laughed a lot, but then it was time to go to bed. Going to bed was really difficult. When we went to bed it was very hot. Then through the night it didn't get any better. It was so cold that at one point I had two comforters on me and another small
