Life is spent regretting the chances we take and those we don’t take, that idea runs through my mind a thousand times as I’m hidden in a bush with my three friends, scared out of my mind fearing for my life. It was a scorching summer day filled with boredom when me and my friends; Kristen, Angela, and Abby decided to explore. In which an ordinary summer day, turns into a frightening night as my friends and I decide to explore a haunted cemetery. Gypsies Graveyard had a reputation of being associated paranormal activities, so it made it an ideal Halloween stop for those looking for a scare. Countless teens disappeared after going to visit the location. Many strange things have been seen like disappearing statutes. After such a boring day my friends and I decide to go to Gypsies Graveyard, even though it was summer, nowhere near Halloween. …show more content…
We suddenly hear loud thumping footsteps behind us, and start sprinting towards the woods to hide behind the bushes.
Scared for our lives, we listen silently as the noise approaches our location thinking that we are dead for sure.
We start screaming in horror as the leaves of the bush start rattling and someone suddenly approaches us from behind. With nowhere to go, I have terrible thoughts on how this day will end, will we ever get out of this terrible mess we got ourselves in? Finally, turning around we find out that our “attackers” are two police officers, a male and a female. With dried tears on our cheeks, the officers proceed ask us if we’re okay saying they got a call from someone telling the something strange was seen at the graveyard. After such a scare, the police officers accompany us home to make sure we are safe. Once we are home, we decide to never go into Gypsies Graveyard, or to possible dangerous
