I walked into the store and within 60 seconds Mary Ellen gracefully could see that we were needing assistance since I was already in the middle of the store. She was very calm, nice, and from how she spoke I could tell she knew what she was talking about. I explained I needed a sofa for my short old grandma who was in need of a new sofa because her recliner is too hard for her to use now. I also explained I was here to buy on behalf of my grandfather who was also very old. She offered a power type recliner but after I explained the layout of the room and that the sofa would be in the middle of the room, that was out of the question. She asked me what my grandparents would like for fabrics, style, and size and what she or he doesn't want.
