Personal Narrative: How I End Up In Job Corps

Personal Narrative Today I’m going to tell you about my life and how I ended up in job corps. I don’t know where to start, but I’ll start here. In school back when I was in first grade I was a good student stayed on A-B honor roll. Always had awards for doing well and doing what I’m supposed to and what’s asked of me. Second grade was just the same as the first grade year it was different at the beginning I was bad I never wanted to do my work or even go to school. Never did my school work even when the teacher asked me to. When I did go to school I didn’t do nothing but sleep, or play with my toys I brought to school. Third grade year was much better did my work and got it turned in on time. My fourth-grade year was great went to school every day and if anyone in class needed help then I’ll help them. My fifth-grade was great just as my fourth-grade year was. Now my sixth-grade year was okay until I started to hang out with a bad groups. I heard about this program from my mother. One day we were having a conversation about school and she brought up job corps. She use to be enrolled in job corps but AWOL out the program shortly after. So I decided to give job corps a call and find out more about the program. So I finally set up an interview. I didn’t see myself doing some of the things I’m doing now. I’m making big changes in my life. I’m proud of myself for making such a big step over into and my women hood. I’m glad job corps allowed me to attend this program, and I will make the most of it. Only thing I want to do is make my family proud to see me walking across the stage and I know they will be. When I came here, it gave my family hope that I would finally finish school and graduate on time. When the day comes I will be the happiest person you know because finally, I made
