I feel I am deserving of a scholarship because I am a strong student with a magnificent work ethic who not only strives to do my personal best each semester. I was a part-time student but now that I figured out my path it has ignited a fire inside me, now I go full-time and only work part time, which is a much more difficult financial burden on my family. I also feel I am deserving because I support and encourage not only my classmates to achieve their goals but I try to grow the college as well, by telling everyone who is thinking of attending college why they should choose Sussex County Community College and on campus by trying to get people involved to grow the school.
