On May 27, 2014, I was arrested for Assault, as a result of being involved in a domestic dispute between my sister and I. My sister arrived at my home and was exhibiting physical behavior, including punching holes in my walls and using obscenities towards me. Due to feeling uncomfortable with my sister’s behavior, especially since children were present in my home, I respectfully made several requests for her to leave the premises. Unfortunately, my sister refused to leave and proceeded to throw punches at me. I fought back in self-defense. The cops were called by our mother, and my sister and I was arrested. Due to my lack of criminal history, the charges were amended and downgraded to False Alarm, which is a local ordinance, not a criminal
