My family and I moved to Marcella street when I was 10. I live on Marcella street in a house with my Dad, mom, sister, and our dog, Junior. Marcella street is a good street to live in, because it’s a really calm place where everyone is accepted and welcomed. Although we can’t have dogs in our neighborhood I still have my dog Junior. My neighborhood is full of nice latin people who welcome everyone.

Every morning when I wake up I hear birds chirping, my neighbors passing by, and cars rushing in the morning leaving their kids at school. I live near Hillside school so I always get to hear gossip about little kids when they pass by my house. In the afternoon I always hear kids playing outside, Mexican music, and mom’s yelling. When I get back from school I always smell something good. It's usually us or our neighbors cooking something good. At night I hear nothing but the wind blowing against my window. I rarely hear any dogs barking at night because no one is allowed to have dogs where I live.

To this day I still like playing volleyball and softball with my neighbors. One thing everyone should know about my neighborhood before they move in is that when they throw a party, they throw a party. They get really loud and start blasting music to the fullest. Overall I love my
