Throughout my high school career, I have not only exceeded academically, but also emotionally through my extensive participation in community service. Being a leader in my school’s Interact Club in addition to other activities, I believe that I make a perfect match for this scholarship. If I were to be awarded this scholarship, it would take some weight off my shoulders in terms of paying for tuition and I would be able to divert my attention to community service in a new environment.
