Failure to me is not living up to my expectations. With that said, I believe that failure needs to be framed as a learning opportunity.

At COSI On Wheels, I was part of the team that identified and found sponsorship for a middle school program on energy. Program development was a large undertaking with video shoots and exhibit production costing around $300,000. The team that I led was a creative team and we really pushed the boundaries of what we could do with the funding. The program was set to debut in September and I had used past development timelines in setting up the project. The production of the exhibits ran into terrible delays. The big wow exhibit was the human sized hampster wheel that could be used to create electricity.
