Personal Narrative: My Favorite Baseball Team

I wish I could play on the new York Yankees team, which my dad coaches. But he won't let me practice with his players. He thinks i'm a distraction to his team and that I don't help them focus practicing, but I don't see the problem. All I want to do is play a practice game and i can give them a challenge like umm see who can hit a baseball the farthest.

I told my dad that they can teach me stuff that could me be better at playing, but he kept ignoring me so I said dad I will give up my xbox for a month if you let me play with them while they are practicing and most of the players that heard the conversation started to pitch in and help tell my stubborn headed dad that I should play with the players I kept bugging him for weeks and weeks until all the baseball players started to say that I should practice with them.

i have dreamed of being on my favorite baseball team ever since i was ten years old and i finally get to be on it i've never been this excited in a long long time and i can't wait to start getting in shape and start getting back out there but i need to refresh my memory on how to play baseball because the last time i remember playing baseball was when i was in pee wee baseball and i was with a bunch of my classmates going to the concession stand getting all sorts of junk food that you can imagine.
