Personal Narrative: My First Time In Wrestling

My first Time going to Wrestling state was amazing, there were so many people there it was hard to walk around in the new castle high school gym. There were so many wrestlers to, i would go outside and warm up but it was snowing really hard. I had to wrestle five times in two hours. Those kids were like wrestling someone way older than you but they weren't they just went to schools that that wrestling was the only sport that they played, even some girls wrestled there. My brother was there with me and he had to wrestle people his weight and height. He lost one match but he still came in first place. I came in like fifth . All the kids that i wrestled were like in high school but i was in sixth grade, I had some friends that went there from other schools and on my team . Some of the kids on my team …show more content…
The second match was a pretty hard match but i lost, by a few points. My third match was difficult my legs were shaking because i was nervous for wrestling this kid who was looking at me like he was going to rip my head off. His arms were like the size of my legs, his eye was bruised and tape on his fingers. I was scared. When they called my name my heart hit the floor. I still walked out on the mat. He shook my hand and squeezed it hard my fingers were like noodles. The whistle blows and he shoots in and almost breaks my back when i hit the mat. The referee blows the whistle again and he is called for illegal slam. I'm on the mat thinking that my spine has snapped in half and i am going to meet Jesus, i get back up-and-and went to the middle of the mat and wrestled him and he put me in a headlock took me to the mt and i was stuck on my back with one hundred thirty-five pounds on my head squeezing my head feeling like it's going to explode. He pins me and i go over to my dad and he says good match, he was a lot bigger than you and stronger than you, but keep your head up and move
