I am interested in UNC Wilmington because it's a different environment for me to be in since I have never been near the coast. Also, it will allow me to expand my knowledge, regarding the culture in Wilmington and the surroundings. For my entire life, I have lived in a suburban surrounding and Wilmington gives a different feeling compared to the suburbs; it will be more open, relax, and calm. The area is filled with calm ocean waves, calm winds, and open connections amongst the people in the community. When I go to the beach during vacation, I feel calm and more at peace with myself.
