Personal Narrative: My Response To Mission Station

On 09/27/2017 at 21:28 hours, FTO Tiffe #1312 and I responded to Mission Station regarding a robbery of a dog that had occurred at 14th St. and Harrison St. Officer Tiffe and I were in full police uniform when we responded.

I made contact with (RV1) Jeremy Ingram in the lobby of Mission Station. Ingram stated that at 2030 hours on 09/27/2017, he was walking his (STN1) pitbull mastiff mix dog on a (STN3) black harness and a (STN2) black lease southbound along the west sidewalk of Harrison St. Ingram stated that (S1) Art Arznga road up to him on a bicycle, with a golf club in hand, and said, “I’m taking the dog!”, while at the same time raising the gold club with his right hand over his head. Arznga grabbed the leash from Ingram’s hand and
