A few years ago I was on vacation with my family in Panama City Beach, Florida. We had rented a condo from one of the many companies that provide rental homes and condos in the area. The internet had advertised the condo as a friendly place to take your family. It was supposed to be a properly maintained condo with maintenance personnel on site.
We were disappointed right away with the cleanliness of the condo. We actually spent a couple of hours cleaning. The first night we started having problems with the plumbing in the common area bathroom.
