As soon as I looked at it I knew that was what I wanted to learn to do; I didn't want to play soccer or take dance lessons like my parents had suggested since I still hadn't figured out what I wanted. The moment I saw the violin that my neighbors were selling I just knew. Like any other skill, learning and taking the time to practice hasn’t always been fun, but it has been worth it. The violin has taught me so many things that I can apply to not just my music, but to my life. With my violin I have gotten to meet some pretty amazing people, some my own age who have became good friends that I've had the priviledge to meet in a class or at a camp, and others who are older than I am and have taught me things that have made me a better person just
