I walked across the stage with nothing but joy in my eyes. I looked out into the crowd to try and spot my parents but the lights blinded me. I had been waiting for this moment for so long and it was here.
I thought to myself, “You finally did it. You should be proud of yourself, you put your mind to something and accomplished it.”
I have always been the girl that wanted to succeed and feel the sense of confidence and accomplishment. National Honor Society was one way for me to feel those in myself academically. This club was one of my top goals to achieve in high school. I went into my first year of highschool thinking this was my time to shine. I wanted to make the next four years the best years of my life. The only problem was, tests were
