Personal Narrative: Pit Bull Dog

Narrative-
On 27Feb17 at 1441 hrs. I, Deputy Halbasch, was asked to speak with John Rowland in reference a dog inside of one of his rental trailers.

John informed me one of his tenants, Carmen Hedlund, has a Pitbull dog in her trailer #3, & today when the neighbors were outside their unit, the dog was ‘going crazy’ inside the trailer and broke an interior window. John stated he was very concerned if the dog broke the outer window to make it outside the trailer. John informed me he contacted Carmen at work to speak with her about the dog & his concerns. John reported the situation to HCSO in case something was to happen later in time with the dog. John stated there have not been any issues with the dog other than today. I explained to John
