08 March 2015 I was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended while waiting to take a left turn. I’m still trying to recover from the soft tissue damage and head trauma. My left arm had issues that prevented me from being able to properly hold or play the guitar so after the first class I was forced to cancel the course for the quarter. For the same reason, I’m not physically able to play the guitar during the summer quarter.

Since the incident, I continue to have severe daily headaches and have a complex weekly schedule of medical appointments that have made the spring quarter excessively difficult. The biggest problem was being prescribed Topomax by my neurologist, Dr.Rezvanian, to ease the suffering of the headaches. Unfortunately,
