I choose Catherine as my Confirmation name because I love the arts, being creative, and expressing myself. Saint Catherine is the patron Saint of the arts, and ever since I was little I have been involved in some kind of art. I have been dancing for 13 years, and I love it because I get to be free and get to move to the emotions of a song. Dancing is a way for me to express my feelings and it cheers me up when I’m sad. I have also been doing theatre for the last 7 years. Theatre is a great way to make me smile. I love acting as a character, and pretending to live a different life.
