Roars from the crowd emerge from the dark tunnel as my team and I run onto the field. Shoulder pads, cleats rubbing the ground, and the behind the scenes guys make the magic of game day seem effortless. Without these behind the scenes, talented, and determined people the game would ultimately collapse under the substantial and serious business of football.
