1. I believe the strongest overall change in my writing since the beginning of this course would be that I now focus on descriptions and movement of my characters. I am now trying to bring the reader into the story rather than simply telling the story. I want my readers to be able to feel what is happening and to care for those I create. It is this change that has helped my stories to be more powerful and compelling to a reader.
2. While to some my choice of age as strength might seem strange, I most definitely consider it an asset. At sixty I have lived through some interesting times and watched some interesting people. This Thanksgiving there will be 4 living generations around our table and I am not the only one with a story to tell, I believe
