Everyone have hopes and dreams in life that they would like to fulfilled. We strive to accomplish our goals we sat out to make our life better. Even though there may be obstacles standing in our way or they many times we fell to get back up again. IT seem like life is a game and we need to use some type of strategy to make a game plan to win more like succeed in life. So in order to succeed in life we have to set goals like we set out a plat to follow, what changes we want to make, and the message after conflict resolution. A plan is always a good thing to do when you want to follow and do it the right way. In my plan to succeed I want to be able to graduate within a year and have my degree, also to save a total amount to start my life. The reason why it is a good choice to plan out your life is a guided process by which an individual identifies the steps needed to move forward to be a successful transition. A plan can long term or short term, but is all about initiating to improve our life. Especially, if it something like enhancing your leadership skills to improve in a short term intention. Good planning starts early on in life and continues until goals are met. Setting lifetime goals gives me the overall perspective that shapes all other aspects of your decision making. By me setting sharp, clearly defined goals, I can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals, and see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind. It will also raise self-confidence, as recognize our own ability and competence in achieving the goals that you've set. Change comes in a variety of sizes, shapes and flavors. So making changes to my life, can beneficial in improving a better me. Most people are afraid of change because it forces them outside their comfort zone. Though it’s often difficult to see when you’re in the middle of it, change is good. Changes make me flexible; because I used to be stubborn and resistant to new things make a normally stressing situation even more so. Change helps me be fluid and go with the flow. Some things stay the same in my life, but for the most part, life changes every day. I feel the sense of not knowing and expecting the unexpected. The basic idea is that the beliefs you have about yourself can drive your long-term behavior. The changes I would like to make in my life is just to stay focus and don’t let minor things get my down because there is a better picture out there that I am striving for to be and to where I want to go. The last thing is conflict and the resolution you come up with to overcome while you take this journey to accomplish. Because challenge may come along with you are trying to set out a plan and make change to improve a
