A social worker is a very important job in today’s world and in human services. They target specifically helping people solve problems in their everyday lives. They help people with so many different things! Whether it is poverty, mental illness, emotional instability, domestic violence, drug and child abuse, or homelessness. If this job didn’t exist many people could not overcome many obstacles, making it harder to go about their lives.
