Having a balanced government is hard, making sure that everything runs smoothly is nearly impossible. Citizens should help take care of the community and make it a better place to live, but the right type of citizens are needed. Personally responsible citizens will help with what the are able, but they must have somewhere to help. (Doc A) On the other hand, Participatory citizens are the type of citizens that will create the organizations for personally responsible citizens to donate to. (Doc B) Justice oriented citizens will change things. They are the people that use the freedoms of petition and assembly, they work to make life better for everyone. Whether it be changing laws or creating brand new ones, they always find something that can be improved. (Doc C) In order to have an efficiently working government, there needs to be a majority of personally responsible citizens. With creating essentially a new world, the safest balance of citizens would be 700 personally responsible citizens, 200 participatory citizens, and 100 justice oriented citizens. Having justice oriented citizens will help to improve laws and rights for the well being of all people. This type of person in general works to make changes and will feel strongly with their opinions. They exercise their freedom of petition and assembly more than any other citizens. While all this is good there is a downside, having to many justice oriented citizens would be a bad decision. These citizens could change needed laws with their persuasion and end up causing more damage than help. There would als never be any constants in the government, everything would be changing all of the time, which causes more complications.
