Should September 11 be a national holiday?

I think 9/11 should not be a national holiday because it will remind us of who terrible that day was and people will forget the true meaning of the whole thing.

The opposing claim=honestly don't think 9/11 will ever be forgotten. There will always be the families and friends of those who died, to remember and honor them. That's why I agree with the idea that 9/11 should be a holiday. So that we can celebrate and show our enemies that it doesn't matter how much they hurt us. We will still live and be happy while remembering those who passed on our way to that happiness.Something that goes with claim.I agree with Lara that we will never forget 9/11 because it is so important to all of us. It is also a big part of the United States' history and we will we will always remember 9/11.
