Cloning is a very controversial topic in the eyes of the public. Cloning the human body will be very beneficial to society for many reasons. Cloning can be used to save many lives that have been ruined due to many different circumstances. Most people disagree with cloning for religious beliefs, which is a very ignorant reason to disagree with cloning. Cloning can become the best science in the world, if we just gave it a chance. Cloning has endless potential, if we legalize it one-hundred percent and start to invest in it. The science that we have invested millions in, such as astronomy, has evolved so much so, that it can be considered scary. We would be able to clone organs by using our own cells. There would be no need for a waiting list, because we can clone ourselves, and the blood types would be an exact match to ours, because it would be us. In America alone, an average of 22 people die a day due to the lack of donated organs, that averages at 8,030 lives every year, and that is just in the USA. Being that this number is as high as it is, you would think that more people would be for cloning, but 60 percent of people are against cloning. Many Americans disagree with cloning for religious reasons, while others disagree with cloning because they believe that creating beings through science is morally wrong. While moral issues are the main reasons people go against cloning, many bring up the fact that even if we clone someone, they will not come out the same person. Which is true, but the point isn’t to make the exact same person, the point is to help humanity.
