At the bar with not a lot of people, Emanuel slams the door open and comes in furious and stressed from work. He was fired from work today because he fought with his worker and didn’t control his anger. He orders a drink. Later in the bar, Tommy comes in and accidentally bumps into Emanuel. Since Tommy banged into Emanuel, Emanuel who was holding a drink, spills his drink everywhere. From this, Emanuel anger gauge hits his point. He takes out his gun, and shoots Tommy. Tommy very confused and hurt, falls to the ground. He has a hard time breathing and is desperate for help. The workers, shocked, calls the police. The police comes and arrests him, and sends Tommy to the hospital. Few hours later Tommy dies from blood loss and Tommy’s parents and his family is upset. Few months later, Emanuel gets sent to court for a trial about Tommy’s death. Emanuel with his defendant lawyer, Andre Harper, comes to the trial …show more content…
Many people agree to the right to bear arms are unnecessary and they cause the death rate of America to go up. The right to bear arms makes US a more dangerous country to live in. Some people at the Supreme Court saids that the guns are dangerous. They are saying that this is proven by the cases when the victim is shot with a gun. Usually the victim dies and the shooter either runs away or suicides right after. Other people saids that guns protect you from danger. They are saying that guns will protect people from not only gun, but when you need self protection. However, other people are claiming that when guns are all illegal, then nobody has gun, nobody can kill someone, and protect themselves with a gun. Also, the problem is that the gun sellers don’t know if the person who is buying the gun is going to use for protection purposes or killing and hurting purposes.
