Cops in cities can give kids fines for skateboarding. People say that it could keep teens from smoking. A skate park will keep kids off the streets and the sidewalk. If kids have a place to skate they won't have to worry about getting in trouble. Jake and his friends were skating in a public parking lot and got told they couldn't skate. (“A peace call to there own”). I think having a skateboard park could make everyone happy.The Tony Hawk foundation helps lots of towns open skate parks.
