Your Honor, members of the jury, this case today is simple. You must choose between things. Facts and opinions and logical and implausible decision making. The majority of us in the court today have witnessed a hockey game at least one time in our lifetime. It is a fact that hockey is an aggressive sport. It is a fact that hockey is a dangerous sport.
