Summary of the Business

Pets and Company is an Australian leading company provider of pet, garden and pool supplies.
This company has run since 2002, being now one of the favorite stores for pet owners to buy their necessary supplies for their dogs, cats and more.
The company consists of 16 stores in Perth and 8 in Adelaide. Head Office is located in Joondalup,
Perth where you can find working the General Manager, the Human Resource Manager, the
Accountant and 2 Administrative Staff. There are also 23 Store Managers, 115 full time staff and
200 casual staff between the two locations stores.
The culture of the company is recognized for being a relaxed but serious place to work. Love for animals is a must if you want to work in Pets & More and people in general is very friendly and helpful with other colleagues. Also communication has generally been good, although there is sometimes a feeling of Head Office being separate and poorly integrated. This feeling has been accompanied for the last 9 months with a disconnected feeling from Adelaide stores from Perth stores and Head Office which has been translated in a general lack of motivation and sales has been low in the Adelaide stores.

Staff
-

There are 3 Management positions, 2 administrative positions and 315 staff.
Maybe we need to create a position that keep all the stores communicated like a “State
