Through the growing social network experience the electronic health records for sharing health information between care providers is practiced. Pharmacist analyzed the patient medications profile on the importance of wellness activities and adherence to medication therapy. Pharmacist undertake more elaborate patient care responsibilities. Educating and monitoring the safe use of controlled substances while dispensing information on proper use of medication as well as medical supplies and equipment. Counseling patients on possible side effects and adverse reactions, screening more patients for hypertension and diabetes.
